The staff was exceptionally helpful with all our requests and made us feel like home. They went above and beyond and were super supportive and considerate. The location is also perfect.

The location was great, close to restaurants and 5 minute walk from the city center
My room was on the calle Larga and the noise at night was annoying.

Jimmy was a blast. He helped us improve our Spanish while managing to help us with all the things. That man fed us, gave excellent recommendations, and kept us entertained. What a star.
The beds are a tad firm

The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The price is very good for the location.
If you want to go outside the hotel a staff member has to unlock the door for you. There is always someone to do that but you don’t have the freedom to come in and out freely. The airconditioning in the rest of the hotel including the breakfast area is not great.
