This is a truly unique hotel, an eclectic mix of art, modern decor and history. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The downsides: the room and hotel in general needs to be cleaner. There was dust on some sofas etc. The rooftop has a nice enough view but the pools are more like a bathtub size. The food at the restaurant Doña Lola was delicious and the hotel is in the heart of lively and artsy neighbourhood of Getsemaní.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, upon arrival they give you a tour of the property… rooms are decorated very tastefully and clean. The location is great and you are just in the heart of Getsemaní. Highly recommended

This was a very lovely boutique hotel. We upgraded to a suite because it was a very great price to do so, and our room was lovely and a great size. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The drinks at the bar were delicious. The hotel is in a great and convenient area. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena.
