The room had free laundry. Although I didn’t use it there were adequate facilities for cooking, etc.
Room functional but small. Less bright than listing impression. The hallway was uninviting. It felt like going into a storage unit door.

Wifi was good, the place wasn’t loud, we could open the windor and enjoy the balcony. The room had enough space to walk around the bed. There was a washing machine we had a good use of. There is a mini kitchen too. Many convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants nearby.
The toilet’s water tank refilled very slowly.

Location. Near Yutenji Station and Sidewalk Coffee.
Not that clean, and old. It looked like an apartment room converted into a hotel. Also, no room cleaning offered if you stay for less than 7 days.
