Great Property location was wonderful for ease of getting everywhere quickly. House keeping service was really wonderful. Always touching up the room and keeping it perfect even with nice turn down Service. The rooftop bar on the 40th was also amazing service as well as the executive lounge.
Great Property and would stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. We loved EVERYTHING about the hotel. Location was perfect once we learned to navigate the bridge through Sakura stage to Shibuya Station. We were on the 28th floor and the views were amazing! We also had lounge access and we visited everyday for their snacks and drinks! I would definitely stay again! The staff was so helpful and polite, the rooms had ample space, and the decor in each room was beautiful!
