Great location, nice bar and restaurant, the staff were friendly, polite, really good.the rooms looked great, they had everything we needed but they were so
The rooms were decorated well, very modern, they had everything we needed plus more......
Except, they were very small, tavelling with 3 suitcases , 2 back packs ....finding room for them was tough.
A comfy chair would have been nice instead of a bench seat.......but we did need to use the bench seat for one of our suitcases.

Room was lovely with exceptional view of the city. The shower was the best shower I have experienced, ever! Centrally and conveniently located close to trains and shopping. The area is busy with tourists and restaurants.
We thought the split elevators were a nuisance, you had to take two elevators to get to your room.
We were not impressed with the order we received via room service.

The location was very central for Shibuya so good for shopping and lots of bars. Hotel also had a nice 'rooftop' terrace / beer garden.
The room was microscopic. The only place to lay out a full sized suitcase was in the hallway between the bathroom and the door, which means it's constantly in the way. That would've been annoying if it was only 1 traveller, but we were 2, so the room felt very claustrophobic.
Extremely expensive for food and drink as well, I think we paid almost 7k yen for 4 beers and a bowl of hot chips. They add a service charge to everything, including the buffet breakfast.
