We liked everything about the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. One day when we were out the lovely lady who worked on reception made us some origami and left it in our room with a really thoughtful note that was such a kind gesture. The rooms were spacious (we had junior suites) and although we managed to use the jacuzzi bath we didn’t have time to use the sauna-both provided in our room. The amenities and items provided with the room were off the scale good eg they didn’t just provide a hair dryer, there were curling tongs and hair straighteners as well! As well any kind of toiletries you might want. Everything in the mini bar was provided free too the only extra item would have been karaoke and unfortunately we didn’t have time to spare for that!

Great customer service, great breakfast options delivered to your room, amazing rooms with private sauna, karaoke machine, hair tools available, fresh bathrobes every day, big room size, big bath tub with TV and overall we felt really valued as customers.
I would really recommend it, the area is perfect to visit museums.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large by Japan standards with two sinks, plenty of amenities, and sauna and soaking tub.
Unfortunately, the bed was quite hard (which is common in Japanese hotels), but we had to request a 2nd mattress topper to make it more comfortable (and the staff did so immediately). There are windows but they are all completely frosted, which makes the room feel a little more claustrophobic. Because there are karaoke machines in the rooms, one of the nights we could hear the people partying above us which disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was brought to your room, however was so-so compared to other hotels which have larger buffet styles.
