The location of the property amazing, very close to Shibuya station which made commuting very easy. The hotel itself was very new and clean, staff were lovely. The building is situated above a shopping mall with eateries, making it an extremely convenient location. We especially loved the rooftop bar the hotel had to offer.
The room we purchased had an amazing view however the room was a little tight, for a three night stay we made it work but this is also the standard size or many rooms in Japan. Another point was the rooftop bar shared with the hotel, does not wave the seating fee for hotel guests, which is something to consider.

Great location, great view and good water pressure in the shower.
The room was dirty, shower wasn’t clean and carpet was grotty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It would be okay for 1 night but not a very comfortable stay for multiple nights.
