Great location and facilities
The team is not nice or helpful, we’ve been mislead about one of the rooms and instead taking accountability- they took more money and required upgrade. Most of the team don’t speak English.

Location is as central as it can get. Really well connected and easy to find. Comfy bed, great bathtub, good wifi, great view, friendly staff, clean, and a fabulous breakfast.
Could do without the darn construction around Shibuya station that made crossing it a nightmare but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
My only real complaint is that the washer-dryers in the laundry room are absolutely terrible. Go to a proper laundromat and save yourself a world of pain. Took me 3 hours to get 5 shirts to go from soaking wet to moist but not dripping so I could hang them in my room. Never again
