Spacious and very central

The 2nd floor apartment very comfortably accommodated our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Air condition was very good especially with temperatures exceeding 30 Celsius during our August stay. Bathroom had 2 sinks, separate toilet w/ bidet, separate shower and a washer/dryer machine. Fully equipped kitchen with a long counter and barstools to eat and drink that you can leave your personal items and day trip bags on also. The apartment was roomy enough to layout 3 small suit cases without getting in the way of waking and also had a small sofa that sat 3 people, a seat and coffee table so you don’t have to sit on the bed to relax. Beds were comfortable - not too firm and a little on the soft side but we slept well. There is a 7-11 is just downstairs to the right and the Pantry supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Diner right across the street and a izakaya next to the 7-11. The lively Shibuya is about 13 minute walk. Not too far but intentionally far enough to be away from the late night noise while still near everything. We chose illi Mani so our family could stay in a larger space located close but not too close to the hustle and energy so we could have separation from noise at night. We would stay at illi Mani again’

location was great. it was conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. room was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. we felt very safe staying here
windows in bathroom weren't sealed so we woke up to several bugs in our bathroom. outside can get quite noisy at night with patrons eating/drinking at the restaurant downstairs. our place didn't offer luggage holding/forwarding so it got inconvenient during check in and check out. we had to carry all our luggage with us as we departed the facility.
