Overall atmosphere, friendliness, eager to be helpful without being overbearing. Japanese lunch on the 2nd floor was also good.
Breakfast on the 1st floor didn't have quite the diversity I thought there might be

My stay at the Cerulean Tower was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and first-class. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with outstanding service throughout our stay. The location in Shibuya was perfect, and the incredible views of Tokyo made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Cerulean Tower to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Tokyo!
