Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Excellent value.
Nothing.
It’s a bit of a walk to a subway but there are busses within 50 metres. If you want restaurants on your doorstep, you’ll have to pay a lot than this hotel. 15/20 minutes walk and you have huge choice.

I like the Japanese style as a hotel, it’s very close to the trains and Shibuya, overall a nice stay.
We asked to use an iron and it was so covered with black that when we used it the iron stained our clothes and ruined the item of clothing. Also we asked to check out 30 min later and we had to pay for it, I do not mind paying for extra time but for only 30 min it’s not ideal.
