Very clean, great budget room.
Lovely staff.
It was just too warm it needed a fan, but all in all very good!

Location is great for Hyde park or Marble Arch
Shared toilet but small shower in room - not the fault of the hotel but it was very warm and fan didn’t do much to cool down - had to sleep with window open and quite loud until quite late. Again not hotels fault.

Cleanliness of towels (brown stains), no toilet holder (inconvenient), no shelve at sink,
Blocked sink water does not drain quick enough. Walls are stained and dirty needs a refresh of paint.
