Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The room could have been cleaner, as the level of cleanliness did not fully meet my expectations. The breakfast was okay, but a wider variety of options would make it better. A more continental-style breakfast would be appreciated, with additional cereal choices for children, fresh orange juice, and items such as sausages. These improvements would help make the experience more enjoyable for families. location is fantastic.
One thing I was disappointed with was the bedding. We requested proper duvet covers, especially as we were using the air conditioning, but instead we were provided with blankets. Unfortunately, the blankets were not very comfortable. A good night's sleep is an important part of any holiday, and comfortable bedding makes a big difference to the overall guest experience.
I would suggest that the hotel invests in proper hospitality-standard white duvet covers for guests. This would make the rooms feel more comfortable, welcoming, and in keeping with the standards guests expect from a hotel stay.

most stuff don't speak a word in English. some stuff were really rude as they would speak rude about don't knowing you do understand most of what you saying
