The room was nice and clean, the matras was really good! :D

The description stating that this hotel is located near the beach is, in my opinion, very misleading. There is no actual beach within an easy walking distance.
I stayed at the hotel for three nights and was very disappointed when I discovered what was described as a “beach.” You have to walk for around 20 minutes, including going down quite steep and scary stairs. Once you arrive, there is no real sandy or accessible beach. Instead, there is a terrace above the sea where you have to rent chairs, and to get into the water you need to go down another set of stairs directly into the sea. The water is also very deep, which made me feel quite unsafe.
Because of this, I decided not to use the so-called beach during my stay. Perhaps this location could be suitable for confident and experienced swimmers, but it was absolutely not suitable for me.
I strongly recommend that the hotel description be changed to make it clear that this is not a traditional beach and that access to the sea involves a long walk, steep stairs, and entering deep water directly from the rocks/terrace.

Die Suite war der Wahnsinn 😍 von der großen Terrasse aus schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Das Personal ist super freundlich, wir haben am Anreisetag noch Frühstück bekommen obwohl das für den Tag nicht gebucht war. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, es war sauber, die Lage war toll und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar
Keine richtigen Aschenbecher unten in der Lobby und auf dem Balkon / Terrasse obwohl man dort rauchen darf
