Nestled in Cape Coral, this lovely villa for $330 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful vacation home is located on an intersection of Caloosahatchee River and Redfish Cove in the Cape Coral Yacht Club area. It takes just a short boat ride to the warm turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All amenities in the house: 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (2 Master and 2 Guest), fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, huge pool deck for a nice breakfast in the morning and/or a great BBQ at night. Enjoy and relax in the big pool overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. Everything is just a short drive away – shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and attractions, and gorgeous, white beaches. The villa has enough room for 10 people. The perfect getaway for everybody. Spend your vacation here - you will enjoy it. Surveillance devices The driveway area are monitored with a camera for security reasons only. Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy, are not be under surveillance. We follow Vrbo´s policy on surveillance devices at the property. Unfortunately we are still waiting for the boat lift to be renewed after Hurricane IAN.

Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. Check in was a breeze. Overall two adults and three grandkids had plenty of space. Had great days at Sanibel and enjoying the pool out back. My son caught a few off the dock and my grandsons saw manatees in the canal! Great places to eat nearby, including Ford's Garage. We had fun taking the tour at the Wicked Dolphin Distillery. Only issue is need to improve AC in front room, though we had quick response from property manager. Made some wonderful memories with the kids. Would book this again.

Beautiful location and pool house needs major TLC
Renting, checking in and dealing with the property manager was easy and a pleasure. The location and pool were perfect. The pool area did not have fans outside, needed to bring the floor fans outside. If you are staying here and will not be cooking and spending too much time inside you will not have issue with the house. We happen to be a family that cooks and hangs out at the houses we rent for reasons not necessary to write. The house was very warm needed to keep all ceiling fans and floor fans running all the time, we closed the vents and doors in the rooms we were not using to maximize the air flow. Running the fans will make you use more than the allotted amount allowed of electricity however the property manager was fair and did not charge us extra since there was an issue with the house being so warm —the house was comfortable to sleep at night once you keep all the fans running. Beds were comfortable we used the two main bedrooms not the back bedrooms or bathroom. Lost electric- not anyones fault- house did not have and flash lights had to go out and buy, so if you will be renting this house bring flashlight. We lost electricity a few times but it would come back quickly except one time. The house was stocked with everything else you would need to cook. The house needs a good cleaning. Do not leave any food and watch for crumbs on the counters and tables since you will get ants very quickly and check to make sure the sugar bowl does not have sugar one source of the ants. Be sure to keep the blinds towards afternoon to keep the house cool. In the evening you will not be able to close all the blinds in the sunken living room for privacy The main television needs to be hard wired to the modem, we had to input a very long password several times a day to reconnect the TV- we made that suggestion to the property manager, along with the suggestion to change all the vents in the home since they were very dirty. The garage had bikes, kayaks, coolers, floats for the pool. If using the boat lift-needs to be oiled makes a very loud sound when using. This was my second time using VRBO- I will pay more attention to what people write in the future

Peaceful relaxing vacation.
Riverview at Dolphin Drive, lived up to our expectations.Beautiful area with great view across the river.Very quiet and relaxing place to chill out from the stresses of every day life.
Dolphins came past the boat dock on numerous occasions plus on final day a manatee cruised passed.We had great weather,lots of sun so we made full use of the large pool.
Given the opportunity we would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.

With just a few issues sorted, i.e. broken door handle and blinds, this villa would be perfect. It is a very comfortable, clean, well equipped property with a beautiful view and perfect for boating from. We also found bikes and kayaks in the garage which we weren’t expecting, along with lots of pool toys and cool boxes, which were ideal for the boat.
Our only issue was with a smoke detector battery alarm going off between 5-7.40 am for the last 3 mornings of our stay. We eventually found the culprit on the last day……in a kitchen drawer!!

It is a very comfortable, clean, well equipped property with a beautiful view and perfect for boating from. Nice house, excellent location
The property is great but definitely needs a little TLC - broken blinds and broken wardrobe doors don’t make a great first impression when you arrive - it’s the location of the house that makes it 5*. Siegfried is great, a really nice guy - had a hiccup with the TV (entirely our fault) and he came straight away to sort it out for us. Despite comments regarding the house (which could be easily rectified) I would definitely stay again. Thanks Siegfried.

Lovely home for family stay
The home was great. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Pool was great.
You cannot really use the dock. It's splintered and very old. There are also no chairs on the dock as shown in the picture. The neighbourhood was great and we used the tennis courts regularly and walked to the beach easily.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 people all 16 yrs and older. The layout of the house nice. Very spacious and everyone could have their own space if they wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cups, pots, pans and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms we nice and spacious. A very clean house. We enjoyed the bicycles and kayaks. Even saw dolphins in the river right by the dock. We fished off the dock. There were fishing poles, but only one worked so my relative that’s local brought over his poles and we caught a few blow fish and little snappers. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the sunsets from the pool and the dock. We ate several local restaurants. If you like Italian food, I highly recommend Papa Joe’s just a few miles away. It’s authentic and homemade. Loved the relaxed, laid back feel of Cape Coral. The hustle and bustle of Ft. Myers Beach was not too far away to enjoy for the day. This was probably the most relaxing vacation I’ve been on in a long time. Siegfried was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions I had. I definitely would stay here again!

Seating was gracious and very comfortable - do be aware of the step up and down in the living area. The pool was perfect, plenty of outdoor seating and lounging, water crystal clear and warm. The view was spectacular - beautiful sunsets, great view of the river and waterway. We recommend this highly.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Home
Our family of 6 (kids 18, 16, 15 & 9 yr old) plus my mother traveled with us to this beautiful home. The location was perfect, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. The house was the best stocked house we have stayed in. Literally everything you could need was here. Including extras that are not even listed. The beds were comfortable, the pool temp was perfect, the décor of the house tastefully done. We have never had a host greet us at the home, but it was a very nice touch. He told us the one true master bathroom might not have hot water according to previous renter. However, it was just that it is labeled backwards. The hot is cold, and the cold is hot.
One safety issue we found was the sunken living room area is not marked clearly on the other side. When you enter there is a nice little rope light to warn you, but it was not lit up. However, the other side is not marked at all when you step back up to enter the kitchen. We had multiple people trip the 1st few days so we put bright orange duct tape along it to remind them. Everyone was fine after that, but it really needs the same rope light on the other side and for them to be always on.
The only negative thing about the layout is that it lists two master bedrooms. However, there is only one and it is the one with the two beds which we had to give to the kids. I would have liked to have my own true master bathroom. I’ve never heard of a master bedroom being called a master if it didn’t have an attached bathroom in the US. We had to share our bathroom with general house as it was down the hall from our room and off the living & kitchen area. Honestly, would not have rented this house had we known it. In the end it was a pain but fine cause the other positives made me forget about it besides in the middle of the night.

Only thing wrong was no hot water in one shower. Manager was made aware so he can have a plumber take care of the problem.
