Beautiful mountain scenery, sense of space, relaxing pool and one of the best breakfasts! Next door to a great fish taverna

The hotel has a beautiful garden area, with a great pool.
It's situated in a very peaceful, almost alpine setting.
The rooms are clean and have a nice balcony.
Reception staff was very friendly.
Good breakfast.

The pool is a special treat. It was too cold in May but that does not negate the benefit after a long day. The patio area to just relax with a beverage is a hit. Idi hotel is a great location for day trips. Reasonably priced for the amenities.
The hotel is designed to accommodate tourist groups. It has a good sized dining area for breakfast and a separate building for dinner guests. If this does not bother you then it's OK. Also, I understand that a hotel has a much better chance of survival in a remote location if vacationers come in groups. Some of the restaurant staff did not have their hearts in the job. Basically it felt like they were paid employees with little joy. Appetizers are well done but then the main dish falls flat.
