It was simple enough to find, and get back to after our event (return by public transport, not car).
The place is in a quiet residential area, so no traffic noise or disturbances,
If I'm honest? It was a little dated, but we slept comfortable enough. Did initially request a double room but was asked by the host if we could change because of availability. It happens, but should have been planned a bit better.

Property is dated but is good value for money. In a quiet location. Nice, free, onsite parking.
As far as I could see there weren’t any shops nearby and no local pub but that wasn’t too much of a problem as we had plans in Manchester.

It was near where we needed to be. Car park and bar. Friendly staff.
No fan in our room. Being a heatwave it was so hot. On the 2nd night a fan was provided. No hairdryer. If refurbished it would be a lovely hotel. I think they used to do roast dinners etc. The garden is being cleared which when done will be nice.
