Exceptional

Everything is perfect, cleaning is perfect, the staff is so friendly, all what travelers needs, is available. AC is perfect. The location is close to all public transportation. Food is excellent. We are three and the room was big. This is the second time we be here, and in future, it will be our first choice.

Asked for early check in but it was not ready. Receiption was in shifts, one of them was not friendly. Overall the price

When in Ankara , stay at Bugday

Good clean beautifully presented hotel

Air conditioning in the bedroom did not work very well and it was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep

The hotel does not meet the information provided in the Booking com.

In comparison with other existing problems, the location was good.

The staff do not speak English, which creates problems in communication The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the towels were provided for two persons for the room with three guests. Poor internet.

A great location to explore Ankara

Great location, easy to get to from the main train station by taxi for about 50-60 lira. The hotel have some great information in the room about Ankara and a suggested walking tour of the main sights, which we did and could walk easily to the castle, other historic buildings, markets and shopping areas. There’s a park opposite the hotel which is lovely to visit and has fairground rides for a cheap price. The breakfast is standard Turkish buffet. The staff spoke a little English and were helpful with information when needed. This is a functional clean hotel in a good location to explore Ankara for a couple of days.

If you have fussy eaters then the restaurant is a little limiting as it’s a Turkish buffet. The bar wasn’t open when we were there and so we couldn’t play pool or the other games available (not bothered about the drinking!)

quiet and beautiful but affordable hotel with a kind and helpful staff.

beautiful, unique room with a nice carpet design and lots of marble. a nice breakfast selection helpful staff quietness

despite having breakfast during the announced hours, items where finished or stone cold. the bathrooms are a bit dated

Good value for a stay near city center

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Variety of breakfast (though mostly cold)

The non-smoking room still had a strong smell of smoke. A bit uncomfortable for non-smoker.

Very good

The breakfast selection was very diverse, and so for three days, there was definitely variety. I also liked the location, as there was a metro station that was close by which allowed me to get easily to other parts of the city. Not to mention that the train station was a short walk away.

The water pressure was rather weak, so taking a shower is rather different. Perhaps this is because I was at a relatively high floor, but it would be nice to have water slightly stronger when taking a shower.
