It was a 10 until it wasn't. I had the Aircon dorm, and it was exceptionally spacious with a huge double locker that fits all your stuff and still leaving space to be organized in there. Very good common bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming English speaking staff. Superb location right by the river, where there are so many bars and restaurants. Walking distance from the bus and train station. Towels supplied. Excellent WiFi. Mini kitchen with a microwave, fridge and kettle. Nice common area. Small DSA sitting area outside.
Exorbitant price for a dorm bed!
No staff after 10pm, and people are rambling back at 3.30am in an undesirable state, puking all night, even in the bed.(Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the late arrivals, but the puking in the room is outside my comfort zone)
On my last day, I returned to no electricity, no Aircon and no water on the top floor. They (sort of) fixed the Aircon, but everybody had to go down to the 2nd floor to use the bathroom.

Fantastic location right in the midst of the old town, couldn't have been in a better location. Room was spacious, especially liked the fact that room key also served as locker key so you only had one key to look after. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom and showers were spotless. Kitchen facilities were lacking, only microwave and a kettle so not able to cook proper meals but for me this wasn't really an issue because you had numerous restaurants right on your doorstep. However there was free tea and coffee and leftovers you could use from previous travellers and of course there was a fridge. There was also a nice little lounge where you could relax whilst drinking coffee or eating a light snack. Everywhere was spacious and clean and a friendly ambiance. Will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Ljubljana

Great location along the river in the center, yet very close to the bus stop. Quiet location in an inner courtyard. Adequate number of toilets and showers on each floor. Super kind staff!
The other guests were quite rude and made a lot of noise in the morning. Of course not a fault of the hostel, but maybe some thicker doors might help.

Good location, friendly staff.
I found it very noisy. Doors latching loudly all night and echo very bad in the hall. A lot of noise from people at night outside my window.
