Recht sauber aber ein wenig staubig in manchen Ecken, gute Lage um mit dem Bus reinzufahren
Zusätzliche App recht einfach zu bedienen, guter Stauraum
Keine Fliegengitter an Balkon oder Fenstern, lüften daher mit mosquitos verbunden, Dusche läuft schnell aus, Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht ganz schließen, zusätzliche app für wenig zusätzlichen nutzen

The room and bath was neat and clean. It was very quiet - which I enjoyed. Also I liked the view out of the window. On my floor there were like six rooms. The hallway included also a shared kitchen including a table for 3 persons, a shared fridge with sufficient space, and all needed kitchen utensils.
I needed to pay 70€ deposit via the digital receptionist app. I got refunded in full a few days after my stay and that's acceptable but unusual though.

Está en un barrio silencioso. El check in fue rápido y aunque está alejado del centro, hay muchos servicios alrededor.

Тишина, приятная кухонька на этаже.
1. Хозяин сказал, что комната находится на первом этаже, но оказалось, что на втором, под самой крышей. Для меня это стало проблемой из-за больных колен.
2. Заезд после 16, выезд до 10..Четверть суток на уборку???
3. Не советую, у кого клаустрофобия: в комнате одно малюсенькое окно, которое смотрит в небо.
4. В ванной комнате катастрофически не хватает полочек и крючков: в душевой кабинке мыло стоит на полу!!!Жидкое мыло разбавлено водой, как в странах третьего мира.
5. Хозяин вас не видит и общение только через аппликацию или букинг. Это норм. Однако он требует неукоснительных данных при чек-ин, но сам не заполняет все позиции, например ВайФай. Иди сам и ищи...
Очень неприятные недочёты, пахнет жадностью, извините
