The location was perfect on the Seine. Good was excellent both breakfast and dinner. And the service was top notch: everybody was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay there again .
No air conditioning. It was hot the first night (over 40C). It was very uncomfortable.
No elevators: we were on the second floor (high ceiling house). Difficult to negotiate with luggage.

Room was perfect, signs of character and class, typical of an old French hotel.
Breakfast could not have been better, really exceptional.
Dinner was ok, but we really wanted French cuisine, this was the only weakness of our stay
Grounds were beautiful
All the staff were perfect
There was nothing we didn't like, only the dinner was less than 10 out of 10, probably an 8

Location, beauty of surroundings, atmosphere of building, the grounds,and river. The staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly.

It was beautiful, peaceful and in a lovely location.
The staff and service were outstanding. The meals were utterly delicious as was the wine.
