Fantastic views across the city, small balcony to sit on. Spacious & adaptable Accomodation - we were able to update booking to accommodate an extra bed
The sheets and towel for the extra bed appeared to be stained.

The rooms are two story suites. Very stylish and lots of space. The hotel is located by the restaurant and bar area of Belo Horizonte.
There are renovations going on in the hotel, which makes dust everywhere. The noise was deafening.

My fiancé and I have stayed here multiple times when I come to BH. The hotel is clean and the staff is fantastic!
The elevators are slow and take a bit of time to get one, depending on the amount of people staying. We were on the 17th floor so stairs were not an option.

Começando pelo Atendimento da recepção na chegada que foi muito estranho!
Depois o quarto super sujo velho, aparência bem encardido, teia de aranha no teto próximo ao espelho no banheiro, azulejo parecia estar sujo, encardido! Tenso.
Do lado de fora, o corrimão no corredor (andar 17) estava muito empoeirado. Se via que fazia tempo que tinha sido limpo!
Fiquei muito decepcionada, porque as reviews que eu tinha visto antes de fechar, eram bons, mas aparentemente tem quartos novos e tem quartos sem renovação , nós demos o azar de ser o pior! Uma pena!
