- Bruno, night receptionist, was super helpful, organised a taxi so I could take photos at night.
- Bed very comfortable
- Buffet breakfast was plentiful
- room was quiet on 14th floor

-Receptionist upon arrival in the evening arpound 6pm that had bad attitude as had dared ask him if he spoke some English. I speak some Spanish, too, but he was not friendly and rolled his eyes up when asked him to check in his computer wheher we had a booking here first before he 0hptocoied our passports as had already gone to one wring hotel as all called Savissi and had taxi driver waiting!...
- Felt more like a 3 star or city motel than a 4 star hotel.

I left a garmin heart rate strap in my room. After calling a number of times, I was told the cleaning staff didn't find it. The first thing is that not once did the hotel staff offer to call me back, I had to keep phoning them. I am 100% certain I left it in my room. I was either disposed of or someone took it. If they'd returned it I wouldn't have written this review cause I usually don't.
The hotel is old and the room I was in had bad light because there is a building in front of the window. The room had two singles when I booked a double. The shower had mold in the box and there must have been scale in the head because the water didn't come out correctly. The gym is rubbish with some old crappy machines and the sauna was out of action. I ate the breakfast once because it all looked a little ropey, preferred to go out and eat. All in all this hotel is bad value for money and there are better options.
