I had a pleasant stay at Tuana Hotels The Nature Resort. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and good value for money. I would happily stay here again.
It would be great if the hotel could provide complimentary amenities such as slippers and dental kits to enhance the guest experience.

Rooms and pool
The registration at reception was slow with manual paperwork. The cash security deposit was too much. The cash payment was headache.
The a/c units behind each room were making too much noise, hard to sleep at night. Flys & mosquitoes would come in the room as soon as room door open. I find a small lizard in my room. Please refund a portion of what I paid

The cleanliness is superb, the staff is very, very nice, polite, and friendly. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much to the staff. The atmosphere is very nice, surrounded by nature. I recommend it.
I guess there were no pool rules. Guests were entering the pool in all sorts of clothes and making a lot of noise.

The staff were helpful and polite and resort was well maintained. Pool was always clean
Showers are luke warm at best. Bed was very very hard.
A number of Very loud karaoke bars across the road that open at midnight and keep going until past 6am. (Not hotel fault)
