The hotel is situated in a good location and easily accessible to what Patong has to offer.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, secure and has everything you could want for a stay.
The housekeeping is the best I've come across and to be commended. They ladies are extremely pleasant and very hard working.
The manager, Hassan, at Square One goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, and any problems rectified immediately. Very approachable, helpful and a good man.
Would I stay here again? Yes and am doing so in October.
The room I stayed in could do with a table lamp by the bed. Other than that everything is very good.

Had a brilliant stay at this place if you want outside the busyness of patong this is a great place to stay only 5min on bike to Bangla rd it's clean it's massive space it's private if you just want to walk in your own rooms

Rooms are excellent, staff were amazing from the reception to the cleaners. Lovely guys all around. Would definitely return!
Oh, and great location, excellent night market with food 5m walk, beach is 5m walk, lots of shops, etc. Great place, everything you need

I liked location. it is not far from the beach and main street. And rearby was HardRock cafe. I used to come that place everyday
Hotel doesnot match its price and confort. Furniture, rooms are old.
