Our short getaway was absolutely amazing in every respect!
The hotel is set in a peaceful location surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, with plenty of beautiful walking and running trails nearby. Every room offers stunning mountain views, making the whole experience even more special.
The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. In fact, I have never seen a shower so spotless in any hotel before! Every detail seemed to be taken care of, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The spa facilities are outstanding and very well organized, with two separate areas, one of which is exclusively for adults. Located on the upper floors, the adults-only spa offers an extra touch of luxury, with incredible panoramic mountain views. Almost all the pools are heated, and the 25-metre infinity pool is simply perfect for swimming while enjoying the spectacular scenery.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, the atmosphere remained peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. We never felt that any area was overcrowded, which made it easy to truly unwind and enjoy every facility.
Breakfast was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Dinner is an absolute must! The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding, making every meal feel like a fine-dining experience worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Last but certainly not least, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, always making us feel welcome.
Overall, this hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing escape, combining breathtaking views, exceptional facilities, outstanding food, impeccable cleanliness, and genuinely warm hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Le personnel (Danny au service, Antonio le barman, Matteo au service et le super sauna master Hans)… Les équipements du spa, la qualité de la nourriture, franchement je ne comprends pas que ça soit pas 5 étoiles

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. There was also a very good selection for children, which made dining with the kids particularly easy and enjoyable.
* The pool water felt a little cold in the afternoon.
* The garden rooms unfortunately do not have much of a view.
* The hairdryer could be a little more powerful.
