Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, Zimmer top ausgestattet (was noch fehlt: Mosquitonetz vorm Fenster).
Beim Frühstück nur Darjeeling, sonst kein Schwarztee (Assam, Ceylon, English Breakfast o.ä.)
Öffnungszeit des Pool bzw. Wellnessbereichs - hätten den noch gerne nach dem Abendessen benutzt

La location, per una buona parte è ancora " vecchio stile ", e la parte ristrutturata è molto carina. La piscina esterna e i giardini sono molto belli e ben tenuti come lo sarebbe la SPA che ha tutto quello che si desidera.
La nostra camera (n.234) molto spaziosa, carina e pulita. I camerieri molto gentili e disponibili.
Una cosa assolutamente non accettabile è la totale mancanza di climatizzazione in tutta la struttura (per fortuna in camera c'era).
NON è assolutamente giustificabile che la zona relax (tra l'altro bellissima) ha gli accessi - da una parte all'altra - delle piscine interna/esterna pertanto la sua funzione di "relax" è inesistente. Ma, il cibo!!!! Io non lo so se siamo noi pretenziosi ma, secondo me, si è davvero perso il senso del gusto perché la qualità è davvero molto scarsa e, ahimè, l'igiene altrettanto. Un buffet che, con la temperatura alta che c'era all'interno, aveva moscerini e mosche che gli giravano attorno (questo mi ha fatto passare la voglia di mangiare). Una tagliata che sapeva da pesce perché, probabilmente, prima avevano cuginato quelloo. Un posacenere sul tavolo svuotato di sigarette, ma sporco.
