I booked this room close to the BSI bus station. So it is excellently located. I did not see any staff, but the organisation was very good to get access to the room and to do the check out very early in the morning. Very happy with this guesthouse. If in Reykjavik I certainly would book again.

it was clean, and the location was good.
Some of the photos showed a wonderfully appointed main area with lovely furniture and fine pictures. And the two-story building looked impressive. However, the fine areas are not for guests. Many of the rooms are street-level boxes in an outbuilding, or in the bottom floor of the house. No views, of course.
