Initially we were staying at a different hotel but our experience changed when we moved to Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Whitefield.
We were visiting India for medical purposes and had an important appointment at 12:30 PM, while our check-in at Keys Prima was scheduled for 2 PM. Our very first interaction was over the phone with Miss Pooja, who was incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating of our situation. Her warmth and helpful approach left such a good first impression that we already felt welcomed even before arriving at the hotel.
The team was kind enough to accommodate our circumstances and take care of our luggage while we went ahead for our appointment. The check-in was smooth and hassle free with no unnecessary delays.
As a family of three travelling with our 6 month old baby our overall experience has been wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional, courteous and always willing to help.
The room was neat, clean and spacious which made a big difference when travelling with a baby. Mr. Sarbeswar deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and attentiveness. He made us feel genuinely cared for and was always ready to assist with a smile.
Another major highlight of our stay was the breakfast and dinner buffet. It was easily one of the best parts of our experience. The food not only looked appetising but tasted even better. With a wonderful variety ranging from Indian to continental options, there was something for everyone and the quality and flavours were impressive.
Overall, Keys Prima made this trip comfortable and pleasant. The combination of excellent hospitality, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and delicious food made our stay truly memorable.
I would definitely recommend Keys Prima to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Whitefield.
