Location. The breakfast is good. I have been staying in Lemon Tree for quite some time.
The check in was very long. I asked if I could carry my luggage to my room, I was politely told it would be sent to my room in 10 mins. Ultimately, I went down after 30 mins to pick up my luggage. Its normally meant for corporate users and not really a family hotel. Hopefully , it does not become a upper level OYO. Will try some other hotel in my next trip.

My stays at Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield have always been a pleasure, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible team here.
Gopal Chhetri deserves a special mention — he has a wonderful way of making you feel genuinely welcomed every single time. Manish has been an absolute star; whether it’s sorting out a booking issue (alongside Koman) or just being a call away whenever I need anything, he always comes through without fail.
The dining experience has been equally delightful, thanks to Kreeti, Sahil, and Lawang. Kreeti and Lawang in particular have a warmth about them that makes every meal feel special, and Chef Anbu’s food is the perfect complement to their hospitality.
If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Highly recommended!

Friendly stuff. Good meals. I have intolerance to garlic and a cook made special for me a dish without garlic every evening.
Laundry. I appreciate that the stuff apologized with Coke and some cookies but still the quality of ironing was not good.

Location
Construction work and drilling sounds. Wakeup call midnight to settle a small bill and not even being apologetic the next day!!! Thereby had a disturbing sleep.
