Location is great, check-in was easy, staff was kind and communicative (we haven't met, only speaking online). The lift works already. The place is really cool, adapted from a flat in the 3rd floor of a tenement, it has 5 guestrooms, a bathroom (shower+toilet), another toilet, and another separate shower, a kitchenette in the hallway with 2 kettles and many cubs, plates and cutlery. A mini fridge was in the room. There's also a lovely courtyard in the tenement where you can sit on a bench and stargaze.
The only thing that comes to my mind is paying greater attention to preparing the room for upcoming guests, I mean the room was very clean in general except some yogurt stain on a chair and the fact that the garbage bin in the room hadn't been emptied after the previous guests. I'm not that touchy, so it didn't bothered me much and I still give 9, but I've seen some people complaining on this matter in the comments, so I'm just letting you know it might need some more attention.

Location and price
No Air Conditioning and no Iron for clothes.
Also the pillows are very cheap and not comfortable.

1. The property is located at a good location (near to eating outlets, market). Danube river and Chain bridge are also near only. The streets were lively even when we returned mid-night.
2. The property is located on the third floor of a residential building and has rooms of different sizes, some are small and some are big and you don't have the option to choose. It depends on availability during check-in.
3. The host is sweet and maintains cleanliness.
4. Luggage storage is allowed for residents if you check-out early and want your luggage to be stored until you leave the city. There is no dedicated locker-type storage space but luggage can be kept in the corridor and it's safe as the property itself is safe overall.
1. The building is under renovation and the lift is not working. And it will not be operational until a few months (tentatively December 2025). Since the property is on third floor and there's a huge flight of stairs, book only if you have less luggage and have no problem in climbing stairs.
2. The property is like a hostel with a single room in a big apartment and shared washrooms. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
3. The rooms with the road-view are still ventilated and have natural light but the rooms on the other side are poorly ventilated and lit and there are no fans and air-conditioners.
4. The payment is only in cash (Euros are accepted) and there is a separate city-charge over the booking amount which booking.com does not tell. So be aware.
5. There are no stoves in the kitchen, only micro-wave. So those who want to self-cook, there are limited options.
6. While asking queries before check-in, the host usually used to say that if I can't come in-time for check-in, she will not wait and requested to cancel the booking and it happened multiple times, though it didn't affect the way she dealt with us once we reached there. So late check-in not allowed even during emergency situations and do have discussion with the host regarding check-time well before in-time.
