Breakfast was not included in the price and with a start time of 08:30 it actually made sense as some mornings were early starts!

Le Manoir is set in stunning grounds and you can tell that Charmaine and her team take real pride in creating a tranquil oasis in which to relax and / or explore Franschoek and the surrounding areas. The pool area is perfect and the service provided by the entire team was really attentive. We loved the way that Charmaine maintained contact via Whatsapp so that every eventuality was covered.
The room felt quite dated and does require some updating to keep track of other options within Franschoek. We fed this back to Charmaine on check out and she advised that rooms are in the process of being updated and modernised.

Comfy and clean.
Advertised as 5 star...but really more of a 3 star. Not sure how this place has a 5 star rating. Breakfast was 2 to 3 star.
