The room was very spacious looked very nice and comfortable
The balcony view of the city we had wasn’t the best
And the shower had no hot water it was only Luke warm and the drainage was very slow. The air conditioner was a bit noisy

Always a pleasant property to stay at
Very disappointed in their phone system, tried over 10 times thru out the day to contact someone at the hotel, their automated answering system does not work, it gives you options to select, but doesn’t do anything and just hangs up

Room was big , balcony was big , great view of river ,breakfasts were good
Fridge wasnt very cold ,didnt double/king beds ?? singles join together ,extra pillows ,tea coffee not provided??
swimming pool didnt have a shallow end 1.7 metre allround , not kid friendly

We find it awful to have a carpet smell when we reached and if theres a construction/refurbishing going on, please dont sell that levek. It was a bit dodgy and we get a vibe of a brothel level. I apologize for this. For the food, its fair fo rme, if you can improve, maybe provide halal and non halal section.
The carpet smell is worst and the construction please not on the floor where theres a customer.
