The decor and design of the hotel was beautiful.
I didn’t like that the view from my room was a brick wall. That should have been made clearer when I booked.
There was also a private event at the bar upstairs and the restaurant downstairs was nearly fully booked.

Beautiful design, very clean and luxurious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and lovely bedding. I especially liked the in-room console that lets you easily adjust the air conditioning and lighting to your mood. Great shower, thick soft towels, and above all, incredibly kind, attentive and helpful staff.
There’s no wardrobe or real storage space for clothes, so I had to keep my suitcase open on the floor and use the desk. The pool is quite shallow (around 90 cm) and has no sunbeds, so it’s more for a quick dip than relaxing by the pool. Breakfast is okay, but the selection is fairly limited if you don’t eat warm rice dishes for breakfast.

The room was gigantic and the Aiden song on the hotel channel brings you to a 20s art deco mood immediately. The private balcony is wonderful and the designer bathtub placement is very cool. The breakfast has a daily special egg variation which is highly recommended and the cocktails in the ruby bar at night are of the highest quality.
The wall next to the gems pool would look very cool with a large 1920s style mural like in the Ruby bar. And the pool area would be perfected with a few umbrella's for the sun.

街中なので、飲食などに困ることはない。
予約時に、アレルギーのことを伝えていたのにレストランとの連携が取れていない
メッセージやメールに対する返信がない
シャワーブースの排水溝を恐らく掃除していないので、2－3日目は床がプールみたいに水がたまった
ロビーやレストランなどにごみが落ちていても放置されている
廊下での音や排水の音が結構聞こえたり、金曜日のジャズナイトの音楽が部屋まで聞こえた。
