The bathroom was good.
The seating area was reasonable.
The kitchen area was cramped but had all the necessary things you’d expect from a holiday location.
The owners very kindly left treats in the reception area, which was unusual. I had three teabags and a bottle of water.
The smell, which I informed the owner of, he said it might be the bins, that were put out the night before, to which I replied they were just being put out as I was messaging him.
The smell was there the whole time.
The mattress desperately needs throwing out and a new one putting in.
One side had a bit dent in it ,assuming all lone travellers used that side. There was a ridge in the middle and I wouldn’t sleep on the other side because of the smell.
I came home a day early as I couldn’t face sleeping in that mattress one more night.
Whilst the inside of the property was good, the outside was let down by empty properties, furniture left on the pavement and all the bins stored at the front. The whole crescent had an air of dilapidation about it.
Also if you don’t mind having the funfair and all that goes with then that’s ok, not my cup of tea but I didn’t realise when I booked which is my fault for not checking.
When I was looking at the property it did say there was a sea view, which is why I booked it.
I didn’t know when I booked where or which floor I would be on.
I was disappointed there was no sea view.

Free water was a nice touch and bed was comfortable.
Furniture and carpets a bit dated but didn't take away from the enjoyable stay.

Very clean and great location
Bathroom extractor didn't work, kitchen units unfinished. Loose electric wall socket. Local area very sad and run down. Freezer unit dirty.
