It IS located very close to the city center. The rooms (apartments) are very quiete and well equipped (with a little fridge and a kettle). Enough room for a couple.They offer free parking opoosite the buildong.
Perhaps the bathroom IS a too tight. The breakfast IS good, but limited (if you stay there more than one night).

The room was spacious and clean, everything was in order. The breakfast exceeded my expectations: there were a lot of choices, and also: excellent coffee. The staff went up and beyond to be helpful.
The walls seem to be thin. I could hear some noises from the adjacent rooms. Nothing to be very disturbing, but I can see how that might cause some issues.

Dated , sheets did not fit the bed , such a basic thing , parquetry on the floor loose and is hazardous , tv needs updating .
