Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick auf die Schären, nettes Personal, gepflegte Anlage, große Terrasse. Weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Grünen und direkt am Wasser.
Sitzmöbel müssten erneuert werden, die Couch war schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Am Esstisch nur sehr einfache, nicht sehr stabile Klappstühle, die in einem schlechten Zustand waren. Schlechter Wasserablauf in der Dusche. Ziemlich klein, wenn nasse Sachen getrocknet werden müssen, kein Wäscheständer.

Badkamer verouderd en ook het meubilair, maar dat verschilt per huisje.

Tolle Lage an einem See! Bademöglichkeiten, Bootsverleih und Angeln sehr gut möglich. Selbstversorger - Appartements - ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück davor möglich. Personal sehr freundlich.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten entfernt.
Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Mandal mit Strand nicht weit. Ebenso südlichster Leuchtturm Lindesnes Fyr.

Location is wonderful. Right by the water and close to Mandal.
First of all does the room have cardboard walls that don't keep the noise out. As the room was on the ground floor on the side of the road, you hear every car pass by. The entrance of the apartment is next to the trash containers of the restaurant where they decide to throw the glass bottles in the container at 8am. On the first night there was a concert in the restaurant right below us until after 11pm, once this was finished we had another hour of drunk people talking and yelling in front of our balcony. Trying to get our kids to sleep was a challenge to say the least. Did I mention the walls are very thin?
The mattresses are very hard and thin. They are well worn, which means you are laying in a dip.
So when you check in and they offer you room A3, try to change to another room or cabin because this will save you a lot of frustrations during the nights and early mornings.
The only pools that are heated are the once up by the cabins which is a good walk uphill to get to. The ones by the sea, are not heated and quite cold.
In other words, this place did NOT meet our expectations at all.
