Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren sehr schön , das Restaurant war nett und das Personal überall sehr freundlich .
Uns war das Hotel zu abgelegen , leider war das Wetter zu schlecht um die Wälder ringsum zu erkunden .
Kein Internetempfang , der Aufzug ist total verschrammelt - seltsam bei der Ankunft.
Auf dem Zimmer weder Kühlschrank noch Wasserkocher . Liegt vielleicht an der Zimmerkategorie , sollte bei 4 Sternen aber Standard sein.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Sehr sauber und unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das Haus war ausgebucht und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.
Eine Flasche Wasser könnte bei einem 4-Sterne Haus auf dem Zimmer sein.

Nice location, surrounded by greenery, very quiet, outdoor riding stables, indoor swimming pool and spa, friendly staff, restaurant with good cuisine and also breakfast, spacious rooms, some with terraces and nice bathrooms, large parking lot with 4 electric car charging spots.
I was disappointed by some details, such as the elevator, which is worn and damaged, marks on the walls of the rooms, a defective toilet seat ring and damaged flush buttons in the WC, signs of wear everywhere, only German TV channels, unstable internet, and reception staff who are not always present on the desk. A young Pakistani/Indian room cleaner who spends the whole morning sitting on a chair in the hallway near the elevator, talking on the phone instead of working, is irritating, considering I stayed in the Hotel for five days. Basically, despite being a nice hotel, it lacks maintenance and management, which you wouldn't expect from a four-star hotel.

Well maintained, large hotel in the outskirts of the country which is clearly understaffed. While the facilities are nice and comfortable, one would not expect waiting at the reception and for breakfast buffet to be filled up. However, complaints were attended to immediatly and satisfactory.
