1. The staff was friendly and helpful. All responded to my inquiries quickly. 2. The interior design and decor were elegant. 3. Big windows allow looking out to the streets while privacy is protected with curtains.
Drinking water (refill), coffee, and tea bags are brought to the room upon request. This is probably part of the hotel's sustainability policy.

Comfortable, cozy and clean guest rooms; great location; delicious made-to-order breakfast at Abuela's; great cocktails and smashburger at 2b; hospitality;
External factor: E-hailing (e.g. GrabCar) pickup/dropoff point is on Scout Rallos, which is around the corner of the hotel entrance; no universal electrical outlet (must pack an adaptor).
