Decent room
TV internet connection intermittent. Toiletries were lacking and they dont automatically refill.

The glass partition
Fixtures like shower and faucet are not in the best condition. The water heater was broken. The bed was too low and uncomfortable to seat in, considering no stool or chair was provided even tho we requested it.

We booked suite room, very spacious.
We waited more than 1 hour for check in.
Staff has no urgency to speed up the check in process.

Despite everything, we are grateful that we were given a safe place to stay and a bed where we could finally rest after a long journey. Most importantly, we were sheltered from the heavy rains and strong winds brought by the angry typhoon.
For that, we are truly thankful. 🙏
The room we were given was not the same as the one shown in the marketing photos. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathtub did not have proper drainage, which made it difficult and unpleasant to use. We also had issues with cleanliness. Water from the bathroom was dripping onto the floor, and we had to request additional rags to manage it.
Additionally, the cabinet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made us uncomfortable storing our belongings.
Considering the condition of the room and the significant difference from what was advertised, I am very disappointed with our stay. I am requesting a **full refund** of the amount I paid.
