Clean. Reasonably quiet.
Advertised as having a lift but not working during our stay.
Advertised as having a gym but not accessible during our stay.
Parking is accessible from street behind the building into a lane way. Poorly identified with no signage to indicate where to enter parking are from street.
No views and no windows despite advertising city view.

The front desk staff member was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-outfitted. The location is good, moments from the station, and well-situated amongst restaurants and dining venues.
It was raining heavily in Ballarat on a Saturday night. The noise from the pub next door was loud, and the rain/wind caused the windows to rattle all night.
