Welcoming hosts, beautiful building and location and room was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, offering advice on where to eat in Olot and served breakfast for us slightly earlier than usual because we had an early flight. We wish that we could have stayed longer, and would recommend staying more than one night to make the most of it!

We missed out on what sounded like a delicious home cooked dinner because we didn't respond to the hosts invitation ahead of time, so make sure you do!

They serve good dinner. Staff is very kind

Room was cold all the time, way under comfort temperature all the time. The only time you felt comfortable in that room was under the blankets. Heating was on only a small period of time at dinners. The room had poor acoustics isolation. It was on the main floor, near the foyer and all noises were heard. They begin serving breakfast at 8:30 and you could hear very clearly all the preparations. Also you could hear very clearly the sorrounding bathrooms when you were in the room the bed was not very comfortable. we have spent nights in 4* hotels paying half the price per day and getting better sleep and comfort internet connection was also very poor: slow and not stable. you can barely get a streaming service work, it stops constantly because it does not get enough buffer. I would reconsider choosing this establishment as a remote working location. in my opinion this hotel is way overpriced. location is not everything.
