restaurant and stuff is very nice, prices in restautant is good and food is very good. Breakfast is alsogood , food is delicouos and quality.
a lot of places in hotel witch needs to be fixed, you can see like old construction or something, price for room is too high in such place.
in room also I had a lot things witch was not good, like adapter for TV on top of TV and in incorect level, switch in bathroom is crooked, toilet flush is working only small button.

The breakfast was excellent, and actually, so was out stay in general.
A few minor flaws, like a broken lock of a toilet door in the sauna/swimming pool zone.

secluded location up in a hill. clean and well-equipped room. good breakfast.
ridiculous to charge for parking. 35zł per day.
pool water seemed dirty. wet sauna not working.
not enough warm food for breakfast. only scrambled eggs and sausages.

the location outside of town on the drive up hill is unique and nice. view from main hotel to the city and Sniezka peak are beautiful. from most rooms the views are obstructed / limited. breakfast buffet was good, not extensive. typical polish cold cuts. don't expect lox etc.
staff was very nice, but you staffing of the lobby is sketchy and hit and miss if you need something.
rooms are quite bare with minimal furniture. carpet and overall equipment felt like being in a hostel. we arrived at 5p and on that day and others there was no staffing in the lobby. one has to call a number.
the opening hours of the spa / sauna / pool are weird - doesn't open till 5p. that makes no sense and was quite limiting and a reason not to book there again. breakfast also wasn't available till 8am - same impression - very limiting.
our fridge and phone did not work. a staff member brought another fridge, but the phone was never changed. not that we needed it, but calling the reception therefore was no option.
one unsightly thing is the constructions. a construction is right next to the main house restaurant and appears not to have been worked on in a year is my guess. other areas also appear unfinished or left alone with some consistency.
