Such a womderful place to stay. Pet friendly. Great relaxing location, clean, helpful staff and spa area is top notch. We will definitely return. Apartament Krolewski was absoutelg amazing with the tarracw views!

- The outside rooftop pool was very nice
- The location is great, only 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz or a 3min drive
- The rooms were clean and spacious
- Hotel was very pet friendly
- There was a lovely manager lady!
- We had a very rude man at the reception when checking in. He was very harsh and not helpful. We had a booking for 4 people and my partner tried to check in but he didn’t allow him to, so I did it personally. Then there was a mix up with the rooms on the hotels side and he was very rude and gave out to my partner. The rest of the staff were great.
