Personale gentile ed accogliente. Hotel in ottima posizione (in zona molto tranquilla e rilassante), con parcheggio gratuito e piscina con lettini liberi. In camera è disponibile minifrigo e phon. Negozio a pochi passi, in cui si trova davvero di tutto. Ottimi bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Bella spiaggia raggiungibile rapidamente a piedi. Colazione migliorabile.

Camera trovata pulita all'arrivo, ma mai stata pulita durante il soggiorno.

the hotel is in a quite area; the room was big enough and comfortable.

cleaning: they just did the minimum to clean the room, but never swept the floor nor properly cleaned the bathroom, not the best cleaning breakfast: I was really disappointed, I understand that the majority of the guests are English, so they had that standard, but I was expecting a better choice, which instead was really poor and low quality. I always go to Greece on vacations and I always had a great experience and very nice and welcoming service. I asked for yogurt and they told that there was but I had to pay an extra (I already paid for breakfast in my booking, I don't think I have to add extra for asking for something is standard for an hotel); I asked for fresh fruit and they said "not today, maybe tomorrow": again, I expected more choice in Greece. Last but not the least, I am lactose intolerant and I asked for lactose free milk or yogurt, since I saw another guest having it. The answer was that that milk was from the guest and if I wanted to have some I could go to the supermarket close by and buy it. I was speechless: I have been travelling in Greece for years and what I always loved of Greek people is the fact they always try to help and give you the best experience. Not this time, the response was quite rude.
