There is so much to like about this place. Nitsa and her husband are excellent hosts. The location is perfect - opposite the beach, and with a lovely pool area and place to grab a beer. The rooms are frequently cleaned and a great breakfast is included. There are also some great restaurants close by too e.g. Maria's for sea bream, Mistrali in Kefalos for lamb or goat and Agios Thelogos for the sunset and grilled calamari. It is a two star hotel so do set your expectations accordingly, but this hotel is punching above its weight with a whole lot of character
I am not a fan of shower curtains! But not a deal breaker as this place is great.

Nice calm location, away from Kos town and typical town area but well connected to restaurants, supermarkets, bike-rentals, and the most important beach. The owners are very kind and support you in every small matter, you just have to ask them. On our last day, we were leaving quite early and they made sure we eat some breakfast, whatever was available, was super nice.
