The location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shops, two markets nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped so we could make breakfast there and the beach is like 30 meters away it was great. Joaquin was very helpful, changed our room after a problem with a faucet immediatly and even gave us the pick of which room we liked best. Overall just a great stay with 0 problems with housing. The small parking nearby is paid for but it's only 4 euros per day which was great for me having the car nearby too.
Not much, it was great value for money, if you can't handle a bit of noise from the restaurants nearby then it's not for you, and they close at midnight so absolute calm after midnight.

El frigorífico demasiado pequeño y enfría poco y los colchones de muelles incómodos y los cubre colchón de plástico muy molestos . El tostador del pan demasiado pequeño!! El sofá incómodo!

Location is fantastic
I booked the apartment for my mother in law and her sister who are 83 and 78. Before paying the full amount I contacted the property to check that they could have an apartment on the lowest floor. This was confirmed so I payed the full amount. Knowing the apartment and having booked it before, I knew they would be ok with 1 flight of stairs. When we arrived, we were given the top floor apartment and Maria was not helpful at all with this problem. Due to being peak time, there were no other apartments available nearby. This spoilt the stay as it limited the amount of times my mother in law and her sister came out with the rest of the family.
