Quiet beautiful scenery
Everything you need for an overnight stay. However the pillows on the bed were very hard. Due to the fact that the property is very rustic and basic any modern removable additions should be of high quality to enhance the experience. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were very hard so not good sleep. Reception ladies were the best. Maybe 2 small folding chairs in the lounge area as inside seating area was hard too. I understand it’s the experience that matters maybe I’m being too picky !!

The spirit of staying in an old village is definitely there, and the way it is done up is nice - simple but with many thoughts for details and some authenticity :)
We stayed at the end of a long and dry summer and windows were open on arrival - but still, some dampness could be smelled as soon as entering the house. Must be hard to avoid in this kind of construction... but for me, it's one of the reasons I wouldn't stay again. The fact that the door between the two rooms we booked (because one of us snores) could not be closed properly is another one - together with the fact that the bed in the living room is suitable only for kids, definitely not for an adult. The mattresses are pretty soft.. and the mosquito net (only present over the big bed!) is too small for the bed. Bottom line: the 92€ we paid for one night felt well overpriced.
