Beautiful, calm and therapeutic

Spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens and location looking out over the Atlantic. Great for walks along the promenade and very central for buses and taxis or to restaurants. The staff here are the jewel in the crown...they are all so friendly, hardworking, helpful and genuinely committed to making the guests holiday the best it can be.

Nothing...other than I had to come home!

Súper, from staf to acomodation, to proximity of the ocean.

The empathy and helpfulness of all members of the staf. The location ( the view on and the sound of the ocean from the appartement) The proximaty of the super markets

Apart from resting and enjoying nature, nothing much to do.

Exceptional

Lovely accommodation with friendly staff, receptionist stayed beyond her shift to greet us after our delayed flight. The owners were really helpful, and all the other guests really friendly (with many guests who return each year). Accommodation is quiet and peaceful, not too crowded, so always room near the pool :) Fresh bread rolls left hanging on the door each morning is a lovely touch (thank you) - wish we'd have stayed for longer.

Amazing hotel, great views, lovely staff.

Clean, lovely views, really friendly staff. It felt like home away from home and it really felt like we were being looked after. It was nice and peaceful as well, just what we were after.

We loved everything about it and can’t wait to be there again!

A piece of paradise

Beautiful apartment and pool area, very easy access to the beaches and promenade, Mao Mao beach bar .5km, stunning views, free ice for drinks at reception, Spar across the road, staff were brilliant and nothing was too trivial for them!

No dedicated parking, finding a space was a challenge after 9.30am each day. Limited restaurants nearby, unless you're content eating in the commercial centre.

Great place for a chill - recommended.

Everything is perfect at Sunsuites Carolina. This was our 4th visit and as usual the holiday in San Agustin was excellent. All the staff were welcoming and as usual made the stay even more enjoyable.

beautiful and romantic place to stay. definitely recommend!

Every apartment with seaside and pool view! wonderful ambiance, spacious balcony and central but not too loud.

Shoppingcenter noises, sometimes late made it hard to open this window and ventilator is pretty loud. would love to have had salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen.

The best location with the best views and best team of staff.

Superb location, beautiful grounds with gorgeous views across the ocean. Staff were all delightful and so dedicated to ensuring that all guests had a superb holiday. Fresh coffee in reception, fresh rolls delivered each morning, bathrobes and slippers in the apt, beach towels changed as often as guests needed, and apartments cleaned superbly 5 days per week including towel and bedding changed if required. Maintenance team keep gardens & pool area spotless and every inch of communal areas were cleaned daily. Very short walk to a sandy cove beach where 2x sunbeds and a parasol was €9 per day. Walking along the coastal path to Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas was invigorating so I would recommend some comfy shoes! If looking for shops, bars and restaurants closer by, there is a centre across the road from the back of Carolina which houses everything you could possibly need, from supermarkets to pharmacy, restaurants to clothes stores, bars to jewellers abd even a bank! We absolutely loved our holiday and will be looking to return to Sunsuites Carolina in the spring.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff, cozy and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The wi-fi connection worked well. The pool is excellent, pleasantly warmed and clean. The location is perfect, beach is 1 minute away as well as grocery store and restaurants. The surroundings of the apartment is very nice, with lot of trees, flowers and herbs. Definitely would like to come back again.

Best place for families in Gran Canaria

From start to finish it was a perfect stay. The owner was the perfect host and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. This was the first holiday we have had with a 15 months old baby and this hotel made everything easy. The location, access and facilities were the best we have seen for families in the south of Gran Canaria. Pool, beach, shops, bars and supermarkets are all within a 2 minute walk (or push chair journey) Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and everything was done with a smile. We enjoyed it so much we asked to pay for a late check out but the owner said that as no one was following us into our room he refused to take anymore money. We stayed till 6pm for free! We are already planning our return and can't wait.
