Poor staff and poor service

Very pretty location and easy to find. The hotel is very clean and the room was of a high quality.

The staff were unhelpful, didn’t speak English and seemed overwhelmed. The numerous wifi passwords did not work. The room had very poor soundproofing and I was kept awake until 2am by the people in the next room. It wS not explained to me where breakfast was and I spent some time looking for the restaurant, which was around the opposite side of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

Convenient roadside hotel while traveling

This roadside hotel was perfect for us to rest while traveling between cities .the hotel is by the lake and it has a nice view .Breakfast was good.

There was cigarette smell in the corridor and hotel rooms.

Very good

I only stayed for one night and breakfast but the hotel was ok for a stop on my way from Istanbul to Cappafocia. The staff did not know much English but they were very kind and they served a very good breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and it was beautifully decorated. i enjoyed my short time there.

Avoid this place at all costs

Quite litrally nothing

Room wasn't cleaned once. No Internet access. Breakfast was poor. Very noisy in the night

Convenient location

I asked for one big bed. Two beds were prepared for me, pulled together, covered with a blanket instead of a mattress, at night the beds were pulled apart. The curtains are narrow, you can't move them, in the morning the sun hits your eyes. Breakfast can be made in the form of a buffet

Good location, decent rooms and pleasant staff.

The hotel lo;cation overlooks a beautiful lake and there is a nice waterfront walk which leads to several restaurants and eateries. Plenty of parking and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms were of adequate size with comfy beds.

The wall in the bathroom seemed to be quite thin as I could hear my friend's music and when he used the shower etc.

Very quiet hotel, staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very fixed and ok. The rooms are very clean, highly recommended, very good value for money.

Kronos Hotel is a very beautiful place, intertwined with nature. The staff and staff there are very caring and smiling, I recommend everyone to go.

Staff extremely helpful

There were people smoking in their rooms so if you are asthmatic please ask beforehand for a room where you won't be bothered.

Poor hotel

Nice place. Lake virew.

No one of staff can speak English language. During our stay , they make a wedding with a noise and so we can't sleep. Very poor room service . Few working staff. Very hot hotel. Poor breakfast with limited amount and limited items.

Good place for one night stay

Enormous big and light room with king-size bed and windows for all the wall. Modern and beautiful surrounding area.

The air-condiotioner was working but too light even on the full power. There was too hot at night because of that. Not all the staff speaks English.

Superb

The hotel is located right next to the highway, which is very convenient. The hotel stands on the shore of the lake and has a large area with its promenade. Ideal for large celebrations, as well as for travelers.

The breakfast was served by the staff and was very basic and not varied. Fruit was missing. To get to breakfast, you had to go outside and go around the entire hotel. What do you do when it's raining or cold outside?
